Sophisticated and creative menu with regional flair
Full of harmony and freshness, our contemporary new German cuisine with a regional touch is also presented for day-ends: light and balanced, sophisticated and creatively interpreted, with ingredients from the region, refined with delicate flavours. Even if you have special dietary requirements, you are in good hands with us, because our chef Ronny Scholder is not only a dietary chef but also a trained nutrition coach. In daily changing menus, our guests can choose between a meat, fish or vegetarian main course.

In the warm season, lunch and dinner are served on our outdoor terrace overlooking the castle park. After the conference, you can round off the evening in the cosy beer parlour.

Our menu is always adapted to the respective season, where you can expect the scent, colour and taste of spring, summer, autumn and winter. We use only the freshest ingredients of the highest quality, and our first priority is to use regional suppliers from the Allgäu. You can look forward to top quality and top service!
