Your responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes to the highest quality standards
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP
- Monitor and maintain kitchen standards
- Responsible for purchasing and goods/inventory control
- Support the onboarding of new team members
What you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook (or equivalent) and relevant professional experience
- Clean, well-organised and responsible way of working
- Passion for cooking and for high-quality ingredients
- Service mindset and strong team-player qualities
- Good manners and an interest in a long-term position

Your responsibilities:
- Daily correspondence & reservations: handling daily correspondence and processing reservations.
- Event planning: coordinating and detailed planning of events, including supporting programme arrangements.
- Guest service: looking after and advising guests and speakers on site, check-in and check-out of all hotel guests.
- Billing and monitoring the daily cash desk: preparing occupancy forecasts and customer invoices.
What you bring:
- You are a team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
- You are eager to learn and ideally have initial experience in conference or event management.
