Your tasks:

• Advising customers in lunch and evening service with personalised drink recommendations

• Invoicing of services via the POS system and control of storage and maintenance of technical equipment

Your responsibilities:

• Daily correspondence & reservations: Handling day-to-day correspondence and processing reservations.
• Event planning: Coordinating and planning events, including framework program design.
• Guest support: Assisting and advising guests and speakers on-site, check-in and check-out for all hotel clients.
• Billing and cash desk monitoring: Preparing occupancy forecasts and client invoices.

Your profile:

• You are a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• You are eager to learn and ideally have initial experience in conference or event management.
