Send us your recommendation conveniently via our online form. Important: The recommendation should be submitted before the suggested person applies.

Please only submit recommendations for persons who have expressly agreed to the recommendation for the respective position and to the sharing of their personal data for this purpose.

Your referred candidate applies to us for the desired position, citing your recommendation.

• A valid participation requires that the recommended person has been explicitly informed about the referral and has consented to the transfer of their personal data to Schloss Lautrach.
• Referrals must be submitted before the recommended person's application is received.
• Self-applications, referrals made by active employees (note: a separate referral program exists for active employees) as well as referrals by third parties (e.g. agencies) are excluded.
• The entitlement to the prize arises only if the recommended person takes up a position at Schloss Lautrach after completion of the application process and successfully completes the agreed probationary period.
• Only one referral per recommended person can be considered – the time the referral is received is decisive.
• The reward includes a „Romantic Getaway“ for two people worth €269 at Schloss Lautrach. A cash payment is excluded.
• The prize will be awarded personally to the referring person and is not transferable to third parties.
• Schloss Lautrach reserves the right to exclude participation at any time in the event of attempts at deception or false information.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
