The Allgäuer Genussmanufaktur is a unique tourist destination in the region. In a formerly abandoned old brewery building, the Allgäuer Genussmanufaktur opened its doors in late summer 2019. As a cooperative project, nearly 1,000 citizens from the region jointly initiated this project to revive the historic building and at the same time support traditional regional craft workshops.

In the Allgäuer Genussmanufaktur, there are various art and gourmet craftsmen – from their own brewery to a goldsmith, a gin distillery, and even a pottery studio, offering a wide range.

Besides the charm of the historic building and the opportunity to purchase regional products, the Genussmanufaktur offers the special chance to see and experience the production of products on site.

There is the possibility to book guided tours to learn more about the building, the cooperative idea, and the individual craft businesses.

The Genussmanufaktur is pure Allgäu and a destination for young, old, and all fans of culinary experiences!
