Suspension Bridge with Observation Tower
The suspension bridge with observation tower in Legau is a great destination for the whole family.
It is best for visitors to park directly in the parking lot in front of the Oberbinnwang town sign. From here you can start a half-hour walk to the Iller breakthrough and the Legau barrage.
The path leads along meadows and forests to the observation tower, which offers a breathtaking view of the Iller loop, the dam and the wide fields. The 80 meter long suspension bridge in front of the 23 meter high tower is a special highlight and offers children an unforgettable experience.
Right next to the tower there is a Kneipp pool, fish ladders, a picnic bench and a beautiful meadow with a beaker. Another highlight is the nearby suspension bridge at Altusried, which can be explored during a hike to the Iller.
